Whole Meal Deal
Whole Meal Deal is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 round polish sausage, cut in serving size pieces, 6 or 8 red potatoes, cut in quarters, 4 or 5 carrots, cut in chunks, 1 pkg. frozen green beans and 1 large onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Put cut sausage in a large pot with a tight lid.
Put all other vegetables in layers on top of sausage.
Salt and pepper each layer of vegetables, then put cut cabbage on top.
Add one cup of water.
Steam for 45 minutes to 1 hour (do not peek while the recipe is cooking).
Serve with corn bread.
