White Potato Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 dozen large white potatoes, 6 eggs, 1 stick of butter, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 3 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Peel and cook potatoes in boiling water with a little salt. Mash potatoes fine.
