Spread generous amount of peanut butter between 2 Ritz crackers.
(Continue to do this until you have made your desired amount.)
Melt bark in microwave bowl in the microwave until melted (about 3 minutes).
With a fork, dip each cracker sandwich into the bark.
Let excess bark drain off, then place dipped cracker sandwich onto aluminum foil.
Let cracker sandwiches dry and harden.
