White Lasagna
White Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 8 oz. lasagna noodles, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 c. celery, 3/4 c. onion and 1 garlic clove, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cook lasagna noodles.
Brown ground beef and drain.
Saute celery, onion and garlic in ground beef.
Add basil, salt, Italian seasoning, oregano and black pepper.
Next stir in light cream, cream cheese and white wine.
Add Gouda, cottage cheese, egg, Mozzarella cheese and Cheddar cheese.
Mix all ingredients over low heat until smooth and creamy.
Grease lasagna pan and layer, starting with lasagna, sauce, lasagna, etc.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 375Β°.
