White Icing
White Icing is an easy dinner. Made with 4 egg whites, 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. water, 1 tbsp. vinegar and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Beat 4 egg whites until stiff in a bowl.
In a pan, put 2 cups sugar and 1/2 cup water; bring to a boil.
Add 1 tablespoon vinegar.
Boil until it spins a 3 to 4 inch thread.
Beat egg whites while pouring hot sugar syrup over them, then beat in 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Beat until cool.
Spread over cake.
