Cream together oleo and sugars.
Add oil, egg and vanilla.
Mix together flour, salt, cream of tartar and soda.
Mix with cream mixture, then add Rice Krispies, oats and nuts.
Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
