White Fudge
White Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sugar, 1/2 stick butter, 1 can evaporated milk, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. vanilla morsels and 1/2 (13 oz.) jar marshmallow cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt butter in pan.
Add sugar, milk and salt.
Cook until it begins to boil.
Time it for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. After 10 minutes, test a small amount in cold water; if it rolls into a ball, it is done.
If it's not done, cook 1 more minute. Take off fire.
Add vanilla morsels and marshmallow cream.
Mix well, then add nuts.
Mix well.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan that has been greased with butter.
