White Fudge
White Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. sugar, 1/2 c. butter, 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk, 1 (7 oz.) can marshmallow crème and 1 (14 oz.) pkg. vanilla candy coating, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Line a 13 x 9-inch pan with foil so the foil extends over two opposite sides of the pan.
Lightly grease or butter the foil.
In large saucepan, combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk.
Over medium heat, stirring constantly, bring mixture to a boil. Continue boiling and stirring for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat. Add Marshmallow Crème, candy coating and vanilla, stirring until smooth.
Fold in pecans or candies.
Pour into prepared pan.
Let stand several hours or overnight, until firm.
Remove fudge from pan by lifting foil.
Remove foil from fudge.
Cut into 1-inch squares.
