White Fudge
White Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. sour cream, 1/3 c. light corn syrup, 2 tbsp. butter and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Large saucepan, combine first 5 ingredients.
Bring to a boil slowly, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Boil without stirring over medium heat to 236Β° on a candy thermometer.
Remove from heat and let stand 15 minutes.
Do not stir. Add vanilla. Stir with wooden spoon until mixture starts to lose its gloss, about minutes. Stir in cherries and walnuts.
Into buttered shallow pan.
Cool; then cut into squares.
