White Fruit Cake
White Fruit Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. nuts, chopped, 1 lb. white raisins, 1 c. whole candied cherries, 3 small jars candied pineapple and 1 lb. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cream butter and sugar together.
Add eggs, 1 at a time.
Add lemon and vanilla.
Add flour to batter (reserving a little to coat fruits and nuts).
Mix well.
Add cherries, pineapple, raisins and nuts.
Bake at 250Β° in angel food pan or 2 loaf pans for 2 to 3 hours.
Decorate the top with some fruit and bake until light brown.
