White Fluffy Frosting is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 tbsp. flour, 1 c. evaporated milk, 1/2 c. butter, 1/2 c. shortening and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cook flour and milk until thick.
Take off heat and cool to lukewarm.
In another bowl, cream butter, shortening, sugar and vanilla.
Add to cooked flour and milk mixture.
Beat with mixer at high speed until fluffy.
Spread on first layer and sprinkle coconut on.
Spread on second layer and sprinkle top and side of layers.
Makes enough for 2 (9-inch) layers.
