White Confetti Fudge
White Confetti Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. white chocolate, 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk, 1/8 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 c. chopped candied cherries (green and red), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
In heavy saucepan, melt white chocolate with milk; remove from heat.
Stir in salt, vanilla and cherries.
Spread evenly into wax paper lined 8-inch square pan.
Chill 2 to 3 hours.
Turn onto cutting board.
Cut into squares.
Store loosely covered at room temperature.
Makes 2 1/2 pounds.
