White Coffee Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. white cake mix, 1 can thank you brand vanilla pudding, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels, 2 eggs and 1 c. pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Put vanilla pudding into large bowl and beat in the eggs.
Add cake mix and stir until all lumps are mixed.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle the butterscotch morsels and pecans evenly over the cake.
Take pancake turner and mash them down slightly.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes in 400Β° oven.
