White Christmas Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 1/2 c. dairy sour cream, 1/4 c. milk, 2 tbsp. butter and 1 tbsp. light corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine sugar, sour cream, milk, butter, corn syrup and salt in heavy saucepan.
Stir over moderate heat until sugar is dissolved and mixture reaches boil.
Cook to 234°.
Remove from heat and cool to 110°, about 1 hour.
Add vanilla and beat until it holds its shape (or until it begins to lose its gloss).
Stir in walnuts and cherries; pour into buttered pan.
Makes about 1 1/2 pounds.
