White Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch is an easy dinner. Made with 8 2 oz. vanilla bark coating squares, 2 tbsp. creamy peanut butter, 2 c. miniature marshmallows, 2 c. rice krispies cereal and 1 c. dry roasted peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a large glass bowl, microwave coating on high for 2 minutes or until melted, stirring every 30 seconds.
Stir in peanut butter until smooth; then add marshmallows, cereal and peanuts.
Drop by teaspoon full onto wax paper.
