Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in a large bowl until creamy.
Beat in eggs.
Gradually beat in flour mixture.
Stir in white chips.
Drop well rounded teaspoonfuls (balls) onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350Β° for 9 to 11 minutes.
Makes about 5 dozen.
