White Chocolate Cookies
White Chocolate Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with ritz crackers, 12 oz. bag vanilla milk chips or white chocolate in bar or pieces, 1 tbsp. crisco and peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Add Crisco to white chocolate and melt in microwave.
Stir to blend well.
Spread peanut butter on crackers and, using tongs, roll in melted chocolate until well covered.
Place on waxed paper to harden.
(I roll mine twice to give them a thicker coating.) If chocolate starts to get too thick, put in the microwave to warm up and it will spread better.
