Whiskey Pie

In a saucepan, mix sugar, Karo, soda and salt.
Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and cool.
Stir in the butter, beaten eggs, flour, orange peel and whiskey.
Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Bake at 325Β° for 50 minutes or until firm in the center.
