Whipped Cream Frosting
Whipped Cream Frosting is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 tbsp. flour, 1 c. milk (divided), 1/2 c. (1 stick) oleo, 1/2 c. crisco (has to be crisco) and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix the flour with 1/2 cup milk until very smooth.
Add 1/2 cup milk; continue stirring.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until very thick.
Cream together 1 stick oleo, the Crisco, vanilla and sugar.
Combine both mixtures; mix until smooth.
Tastes smooth like whipped cream.
