Whipped Cream
Whipped Cream is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. carnation milk, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, sugar to taste and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Chill undiluted Carnation milk in refrigerator or tray until soft ice forms around edges of tray, 15 to 20 minutes.
Pour into bowl; whip until it begins to thicken, about 1 minute and add lemon juice.
Whip very stiff, about 2 minutes longer.
Add sugar to taste and vanilla.
Use as topping on desserts.
