Wheatsworth Muffins
Wheatsworth Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. wheatsworth flour, 2 eggs, beaten separately, 5 tsp. baking powder, 4 tbsp. melted butter and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix thoroughly flour, salt, baking powder and sugar.
Add beaten egg yolks and mix.
Beat until smooth.
Stir in the butter and fold in beaten egg whites.
Fill well-greased muffin tins 2/3 full of batter.
Bake in hot oven (425Β°) for about 20 minutes. Makes 24 small or 12 large muffins.
