Wheat Germ Muffin
Wheat Germ Muffin is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. biscuit mix, 1/3 c. wheat germ, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 slightly beaten egg and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Combine biscuit mix, wheat germ and sugar.
In another bowl, combine egg, water, peanut butter and vanilla.
Beat with rotary beater until smooth.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring until dry mixture is moistened.
Don't overbeat.
Fill muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
Makes 6 muffins.
