Wheat-Germ Carrot Cake

Beat together oil, sugar and eggs.
Mix in orange peel, vanilla and carrot.
Combine wheat germ, flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Stir into carrot mixture. Mix in raisins and pecans.
Turn into greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan.
Bake in a 350Β° oven 60 to 70 minutes or until pick inserted into center comes out clean.
Cool in pan 10 minutes.
Remove from pan to rack to finish cooling.
Serve with Cream Cheese Sauce.
