Wheat Cupcakes
Wheat Cupcakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine or butter, 1 c. or 1/2 c. honey (personal taste), 2 eggs, 1/4 c. milk or buttermilk and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat oven to 350Β°. Line cupcake tins with paper cupcake liners.
In large bowl, mix margarine, sugar and eggs; beat well.
Add the milk and vanilla; blend.
Stir in flour, oats, soda and salt; mix well.
Add optional items if desired.
Spoon batter into cupcake liners.
Bake for 20 minutes, then test center to see if done.
Remove and let cool slightly.
Remove from tins; let cool completely or enjoy while still warm.
