Whatever Vegetable Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 bags mixed frozen vegetables (beans, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, etc.), 1 can chopped pimentos, 1 can water chestnuts, 1 pkg. shredded cheddar cheese and 1 can cream of celery, mushroom or chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix vegetables, water chestnuts, pimentos, cheese and 1/2 can onions into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Then mix the milk with soup and pour over top.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes, until carrots are tender.
Sprinkle remaining onions on top and bake for 15 minutes longer.
