Wet-Bottom Molasses Cake
Wet-Bottom Molasses Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour, 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 c. corn oil, 1 c. molasses and 1/2 c. hot water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine the flour and baking soda in a large bowl.
Stir oil, molasses and hot water in small bowl.
Mix well.
Add to flour mixture in large bowl and stir until thoroughly combined.
Place the batter in a lightly oiled 8-inch round cake pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 375Β° for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
