Western Round Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. round steak, cut in pieces, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1 egg, beaten and 1 c. cornflakes, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Trim fat off steak, pound meat and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Dip meat into egg, then cornflakes mixed with chili powder.
Brown meat on both sides in Wesson oil at medium heat. Add remaining ingredients.
Cover; simmer 45 to 60 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
