Western Potato Rounds
Western Potato Rounds is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large unpeeled baking potatoes, vegetable oil, 1 c. shredded co-jack, 6 bacon slices, crisply cooked, drained and crumbled and 1/3 c. green onion slices, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Preheat oven to 450Β°.
Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch thick slices.
Generously spray both sides of potato slice with oil. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly brown; remove from oven. Generously brush potato slices with barbecue sauce; sprinkle with cheese, onion and bacon.
Return potato slices to oven.
Bake 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
