Western Beans
Western Beans is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. bacon slices, 1 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped celery and 1 c. chopped green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Set electric skillet at 340Β°.
Cook and stir ground beef, onion, celery and green pepper until meat is brown and vegetables tender.
Drain off excess fat.
Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water.
Stir bouillon and remaining ingredients into meat mixture. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Crumble bacon and sprinkle over beans.
Makes 6 servings.
