West Virginia Mud Cake
West Virginia Mud Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, 1 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 1 (no. 2) can crushed pineapple and 2 pkg. dream whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each until thick and lemon color. Blend in drained pineapple.
Fold prepared Dream Whip mixture into creamed mixture.
Using 13 x 8 x 2-inch pan, make alternate layers of graham cracker crumbs and the Dream Whip mixture, starting with the crumbs.
Chill for 6 or more hours.
You may use Cool Whip to save time (large size).
