West Coast Casserole
West Coast Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter, 2 tbsp. onion, grated, 4 tbsp. flour, 1 tsp. dry mustard and 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Saute onion in butter.
Blend in flour, mustard, Worcestershire, paprika and milk.
Cook, stirring until thick and smooth.
Stir in cheese until melted.
Remove from heat; add 1/2 cup olives (sliced and drained), shrimp and crab.
Bake in buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole for 25 minutes at 350Β° or until bubbly. Garnish top with remaining olives and parsley.
Serves 5 to 6. Good with buttered rice.
