Welsh Rarebit
Welsh Rarebit is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. cheddar cheese, grated, 1/2 c. milk, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 tsp. margarine and 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix cornstarch with a little of milk.
Bring rest of milk to boil and add the cornstarch and milk mixture; cook until bubbly and thickened.
Remove from heat.
Add grated cheese, margarine, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings.
Pour over buttered toast. Brown under broiler, if desired.
Serves 1 or 2.
