Weiner Schnitzel is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box shake and bake, your choice, 1 egg, beaten, 1 lb. veal, thin strips, brown gravy and mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cut veal into thin slices, dip in beaten egg and then into the bread topping, Shake and Bake.
Bake in the oven at 350Β° until done.
Mix a brown gravy packet per directions and add a can of mushrooms.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
After the veal is cooked pour gravy mixture over the veal and serve with mashed potatoes.
