Made with 4 oz. drained canned baby shrimp, 2/3 pkg. weight watchers cream cheese, 2 tbsp. weight watchers mayonnaise, 1 oz. finely chopped onion and 1 tbsp. prepared white horseradish, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mash shrimp with fork; set aside.
Whip cream cheese together with mayonnaise, onion, horseradish and lemon juice; set aside. Fold in shrimp.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours (preferably overnight).
