Wedding Salad
Wedding Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. acini de pepe, cooked 8 minutes and drained, 1 can pineapple tidbits, drained (save juice), 1 can mandarin oranges, drained (save juice), 1 large cool whip (12 oz.) and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook the sugar, salt, juices from fruit, flour, egg and lemon juice and bring to a boil.
Add to drained acini.
Refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, add fruits and Cool Whip.
Mix well and chill.
