Wedding Chicken
Wedding Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 1 c. shredded swiss cheese, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/2 c. milk and 3/4 pkg. pepperidge farm stuffing mix (dry), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Butter 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Lay cut up chicken on bottom. Spread chicken with Swiss cheese.
Mix soup and milk; layer over cheese.
Pour stuffing mix over soup.
Melt butter and drizzle over stuffing.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Cover with foil during last 20 minutes.
