Cut beef into strips, 1 x 2 inches long.
Combine rest of ingredients for marinade.
Marinate meat in tightly covered container 5 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
String beef on metal skewers; grill teriyaki on habachi 3 minutes or until meat is tender but rare, turning once.
Garnish with tiny cucumbers marinated in vinegar and soy sauce.
