Watermelon Sherbet
Watermelon Sherbet is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pt. lime sherbet, slightly softened, 1 pt. pineapple sherbet, slightly softened, 1 1/2 pt. raspberry sherbet, slightly softened and 1/4 c. miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Line a 1 1/2-quart round metal bowl with plastic wrap.
Press a thin layer of lime sherbet against the bottom and sides of the bowl.
Freeze, uncovered, until firm.
Spread a thin layer of pineapple sherbet evenly over lime layer.
Freeze until firm.
Pack raspberry sherbet into center of sherbet lined bowl.
Smooth the top to resemble a cut watermelon.
Cover and freeze until firm, about 8 hours.
