Drain chestnuts.
Cut bacon strips into 3 pieces each.
Wrap 1/3 bacon strip around each chestnut.
Overlap ends of bacon and insert a toothpick into, but not through, chestnut.
Arrange on a cookie sheet, leaving 1/2-inch space between each.
Broil approximately 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp or bake at 400Β° for about 30 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
Remove pieces to a plate with paper towels to absorb excess grease.
