Wasp Nest Cookies
Wasp Nest Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 c. water, 1 1/2 c. blanched slivered almonds, 3 egg whites and 1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
👨🍳 Instructions
Boil sugar and water to 240°.
Add almonds.
Beat egg whites. Add confectioners sugar to egg whites.
Add chocolate to egg whites and sugar.
Then fold in sugar, water and nuts.
Drop on cookie sheet and bake until done.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
