Washington Cheesecake
Washington Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. graham cracker crumbs, 3 tbsp. sugar, 3 tbsp. margarine, melted, 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine crumbs, sugar and melted margarine.
Press onto bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
Bake at 325° for 10 minutes.
Increase oven temperature to 450°.
Combine softened cream cheese, sugar and flour, mixing at medium speed until well blended.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Blend in milk and vanilla.
Pour mixture over crust.
Bake at 450° for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 250°; continue baking 25 to 30 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan.
Cool before removing.
Chill. Before serving, top with pie filling.
