Cream together sugar and corn oil.
Add eggs, one at a time and vanilla.
Sift together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add dry mixture to apples and nuts.

Bake in greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan at 325Β° for 55 to 60 minutes.
