Warwick Molded Salmon
Warwick Molded Salmon is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. milk, 1 c. bread crumbs, 1 lb. can salmon, 3 eggs, beaten and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine milk and crumbs and cook until texture is smooth. Flake salmon; remove skin and bones.
Combine milk mixture, salmon, eggs, salt and lemon juice and pour into an oiled loaf pan (approximately 5 x 9-inch).
Place filled loaf pan in a larger pan of hot water and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Unmold and serve with cucumber sauce.
