Warabi Rice
Warabi Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. rice (rice cooker c.), 1/2 piece aburage, chopped fine, 2 pieces shiitake, soaked and chopped fine, 1 pkg. chirimen iriko and 1/4 kamaboko, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook rice in way. While rice is cooking, prepare other ingredients. Heat oil in frying pan.
Fry iriko in oil until crispy. Add aburage and shiitake; cook about 2 minutes.
Add warabi, kamaboko and salt to taste (should be on the salty side).
