In a mixing bowl, cream butter and brown sugar until crumbly.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well.
Add apple juice and lemon extract.
Combine the flour, soda, salt, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
Gradually add to the creamed mixture.
Stir in the apples, raisins and nuts.
Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheet 2-inches apart.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 11 to 13 minutes or until lightly browned.
