Walnut Jewel Salad
Walnut Jewel Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 c. hot water, 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple and 2 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Dissolve gelatin and salt in hot water.
Drain pineapple, saving syrup.
Combine syrup and lemon juice; add enough cold water to measure 1 2/3 cups liquid.
Add this to gelatin mixture. Chill until mixture begins to thicken slightly.
Fold in walnuts, celery, cranberries, crushed pineapple and chopped apples.
Turn into oiled 1 1/2-quart mold and chill until firm, at least 4 hours.
Unmold on lettuce leaves.
