Walnut Cake

Beat all ingredients together in large bowl for 3 minutes. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Use an angel food pan that the bottom comes out.
Do not grease pan.
Leave in pan for 1 hour to cool.
Loosen edges and remove.
Can be sliced thin as nut bread or cut slices in quarters as cookies.
