Walnut Bark
Walnut Bark is an easy dinner. Made with 40 saltine crackers (approximately), 1 1/2 sticks butter, 3/4 c. brown sugar, 12 oz. chocolate chips and crushed walnuts (as desired), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Place saltines on foil lined cookie tray.
Melt butter and brown sugar and then pour this mixture over the crackers.
Bake in preheated 400Β° oven about 5 minutes or until bubbling.
Remove and sprinkle with chocolate chips, letting them melt, then spread with back of spoon.
Add walnuts and press in slightly.
Refrigerate for an hour or so; then either break or cut into pieces.
