Waldorf Crown Salad
Waldorf Crown Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin, 2 c. boiling water, 1 1/2 c. cold water, 1 c. cubed apples and 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water. Stir in the cold water.
Chill until thickened. Fold in the apples, celery and walnuts.
Pour into a 5-cup ring mold. Chill until firm. Unmold; surround with lettuce.
