Waldorf Crown Salad
Waldorf Crown Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin, 2 c. boiling water, 1 1/2 c. cold water, 1 c. chopped apple and 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add cold water.
Chill until partially set.
Fold in apples, celery and nuts.
Pour into 4 1/2 cup ring mold.
Chill until firm.
Unmold, surround with lettuce.
Fill center.
